Founder Collette Royer’s philosophy is that living well is an art, and life - like every art form - is a skill to be developed and continuously refined. She believes that every object we bring into our life is an important piece of our personal collection; each one carefully selected to be artistic, functionally beautiful, and fabricated from the finest materials available. In this way, we change our approach to consumption and become curators of our experience rather than mass-consumers and our approach to life is an ever-evolving conversation about beauty, art and creativity.
It is an essential feature of our business that we design and produce in the most socially, ethically and environmentally responsible ways possible. We collaborate fully with the artists whose original work is the basis for our designs and we only produce in shops where the labor practices are ethical and verifiable.
